Systems Accountant

Tasks and duties

• Implementing and managing financial systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Analysing and interpreting financial data to aid decision making processes.
• Working closely with other departments to align system improvements with wider business strategies.
• Providing training and support to users on new and existing finance systems.
• Assisting in the development of internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for activities such as budget accounting, cash and credit management.
• Collaborating with IT experts to manage system upgrades and resolve any issues.
• Conducting regular system audits to ensure functionality and accuracy.
